Returns or Exchanges

We aim to offer the best prices and work on the lowest margins. Hence, we cannot allow returns or cancellations. All sales are final. We are unable to offer an exchange once a product is delivered. Returns are accepted only in the event of damaged or defective items. Please take a look at the details below.


Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (same day or next day at best) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • We will need pictures of the damage to approve the return. 
  • If your return is accepted, you will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Returns will not be accepted without RAC. 
  • We will send a return label for you to ship back the damaged item. 
  • Return the item in its original packaging material.
  • The item needs to be shipped out within 2 days of receiving it, or we will not be able to accept it.
  • Refunds are only in the form of store credit or exchange if the same item is available, once the item is received.
